We are not affiliated with any social platform listed above. We use their official public APIs under their terms and scopes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering or authenticating
• Keep your API keys and OAuth tokens secure
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Ensure that all connected accounts and actions comply with each platform’s terms

4. API Access & Usage Limits

• You must use your own API key to access the Service.
• Usage is subject to rate limits and plan quotas defined in your dashboard.
• Abuse or exceeding fair usage may result in suspension or throttling.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the Service
• Scrape or collect data from third-party platforms outside their API terms
• Use the Service for spam, bots, misinformation, or harmful content

All trademarks, logos, and platform names (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

The SocialConnect platform, API, branding, and documentation are the property of SocialConnect and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Third-Party API Disclaimer

We do not control the behavior or availability of external APIs (Meta, TikTok, etc.). You acknowledge that:

• Any changes to their APIs may affect your usage
• Downtime or data removal by those platforms is out of our control
• You use external services at your own risk

We do not guarantee:

• Availability, performance, or uptime of any external platform
• Accuracy or reliability of returned data
• Compatibility with your internal systems or scripts

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days for the Service.
